Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: September 17, 2026

EKB Network is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. If anything on this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it, and there is always a human alternative.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We chose that standard because it is the widely accepted benchmark for accessible websites, referenced by accessibility regulations in the United States and internationally.

What we've built in

Accessibility on this site is designed in, not bolted on. Specifically:

  • Full keyboard navigation, every interactive element can be reached and operated without a mouse
  • A visible focus indicator with sufficient contrast, so you can always see where you are
  • A skip link to jump straight to the main content
  • Text and interface contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios
  • Reduced-motion support, animations respect the preference set in your operating system
  • Form fields with proper labels, and error messages that are announced to screen readers
  • A logical heading structure and descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Content available in both English and Spanish, with the page language correctly declared for screen readers

An ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as content and features change, and we treat accessibility issues as bugs, they get fixed, not filed away.

Known limitations

Some third-party content (for example, embedded maps or scheduling tools) may not fully meet our standard. Where we can't fix a third-party issue directly, we provide an accessible alternative, call us and we will help you do anything the website does.

As we become aware of other specific limitations, we will list them here while we work on fixing them.

Compatibility

This site is built to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack. It works on desktop and mobile devices, and it functions at up to 200% zoom without loss of content.
