What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• Your phone number (optional)
• The message you write

Technical information

Like every website, our infrastructure processes some technical data automatically: your IP address appears in standard server logs and is used briefly to protect the contact form against abuse (rate limiting). We do not use this data to identify or profile you, and we do not combine it with your form submission.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry. Each submission is delivered to our email inbox. We do not store it in a separate database.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use your information for advertising, and we will not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Where your information lives

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this website. Each one processes data on our behalf, under its own security and privacy commitments, and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes:

• Website hosting, Vercel serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
• Email delivery, the notification email containing your submission is delivered through Resend.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets one functional cookie: it remembers your language preference (English or Spanish) so the site loads in the right language on your next visit. That's it.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, social media pixels, or any third-party tracking technology. Because we don't set any non-essential cookies, we don't need to ask you to accept any.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and to keep a reasonable record of our business correspondence, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your submission at any time, see the next section.

You may ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you from this website
• Send you a copy of it
• Correct it
• Delete it

If we change how this website handles personal information, for example, if we add analytics or a new service provider, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. The current version is always available at this address.
